When Will My Items Ship Out?
I ship out in-stock items within 2-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. All items ship from Idaho, USA and through USPS.
Shopify automatically sends an email to the customer's provided address when the shipping label is made. This email will contain your tracking info. Please use this for the most updated information on where your package is in the shipping process.
When will Pre-Orders Ship?
Items that are Pre-Orders will have their estimated shipping date/window in the description of the item. These items need time to be manufactured, and are not in-stock. They will begin shipping around their estimated window.
Please be aware, by default, if any in-stock items are ordered with the Pre-Order they will ship with the Pre-Order. If you want and in-stock items to arrive earlier than a pre-order please make two separate orders.
Do You Ship Internationally?
I have ended most international shipping. I have made this difficult choice due to multiple issues, costs, increasing licensing problems, and packages being lost at a higher rate. Going forward I will only be offering shipping to USA/Canada/Mexico through Shopify and other limited shipping services through Etsy.

- OTHERS: Due to recent restrictions enacted as of Dec 2024 I can no longer ship to countries that are part of the EU. I apologize for any inconvenience.
- As of 2024 Etsy no longer allows the sale of Adult Content, even if properly censored. Please do not message me through Etsy requesting adult content. If you would like to contact me to swap out items please email me at ayceeart@gmail.com prior to making a purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?*
- Standard shipping for US customers - 5-7 Business days from drop-off
- Priority Shipping for US Customers - 2-5 Business days from drop-off
- Shipping for international customers - 4-8+ Weeks from drop-off
My Items Are Stuck in Pre-Shipment. What Do I Do?
Packages enter pre-shipment when I purchase and print out a label for your order. Most packages ship out within 3-5 business days of label creation, so you should see an update within that time frame.
There are special circumstances where a tracking number may sit in pre-shipment for longer such as: Black Friday, Pre-orders, or Holidays. This tends to be due to volume of orders that need to be packed. Please leave slightly more time for these orders to be dropped-off and tracking information updated.
My Shipment is Lost, What Can I Do?
I consider a package to be lost when it has a valid tracking number but has not moved in the USPS network for over 2 weeks time (USA*), or the package is delivered and the customer cannot locate it for over 48 business hours. If you feel your package is lost please first contact USPS directly or your local Post Office. In general their service will be much faster with a higher likelihood to recover a package using their USPS Missing Mail forms.
If contacting USPS does not result in success feel free to contact me directly. When contacting me about a package please be sure to include the tracking number you were given and your order number so I can best assist you.

How Are Items Packaged, Are They Discrete?
All items will arrive to you with no outside information, logos, or markings on them. Customs forms will describe the item as the basic product. Ex: Pillowcase if the item is a Dakimakura. I use non descriptive packaging for my items such as brown paper mailers, white bubble mailers, or USPS priority shippers. The return label will say AyceeArt on the return address.
Purchase should show up as SHOPIFY or AYCEEART on your credit statements.
Will my items arrive in time for the Holidays / Convention?
Due to being a small business packages are never guaranteed for holidays, conventions, or any other specific arrival times. Please be sure to order your items well in advance if you need them by a certain date.
