Refund policy

 

Sometimes there are cases in which you will need to return or exchange a product. We are here to help!

Full Refunds

Full refunds will be provided:

  • If you request a refund prior to the item being shipped out.
  • The item is lost in the mail longer than 2 weeks and not marked as delivered.
  • The items mailed are incorrect due to shop error. Items will be refunded in full once the return label is scanned unless customer elects to make an exchange in which case the difference will be refunded if any.

I will no longer initiate any refunds or exchanges requiring returned merchandise until a tracking number for the returned order is scanned by USPS. Once your tracking number is scanned the money will then be refunded to your account.

Partial Refunds

Return shipping will not be covered or refunded if:

  • You change your mind on an order but the item has been shipped already.
  • If the customer is at fault for incorrect order information (ex: ordered the wrong item, provided an incorrect address, forgot an apartment number, etc).

Exchanges

  • If the wrong item is sent by the seller OR the item arrived heavily damaged. The customer may request a new item. If the item arrived damaged / the item is incorrect please provide photos proof within 72 hours of delivery. 
  • If the wrong item is purchased, the customer will be charged for a return label if they wish to exchange the item.
  • You may exchange, remove, or add items to your order at any time before the order is packed by sending an email to ayceeart@gmail.com. I will do my best to assist you! Once the item(s) are packed with a shipping label I am unable to make changes.

Reshipment Policy

  • I will reship an item that is lost, or otherwise encountered a mishap during shipping, for free one time at the customer's request. If the item doesn't make it to the destination a second time a refund for the item's cost (not including the shipping) will be sent to the customer and the order will be closed.

Out of Stock Policy

  • If an item becomes out of stock or I am otherwise unable to ship out an order after purchase due to a store error the customer will receive a full refund. 
  • I will refund orders if an item is returned to me and I am, for any reason, unable to fulfill and reship it as normal due to an unusual circumstance (ex: Being out of town for an extended period, an emergency issue, the item is out of stock upon return, etc )
